All Submit Reporting Requirements users must create an Applicant/Recipient Login account or use an existing account for this feature. To have access to the previously uploaded documents and to view the printable FARC, it is important that the new account be created using the same email address listed as Business or Technical Contact in the PMC.

New Reporting Requirements for BIL and IRA Projects:

The Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) implements new reporting requirements for all BIL and Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) projects. A new BIL-specific Financial Assistance Reporting Checklist (FARC) and several BIL-specific reports have been created to meet these requirements. Learn more in the video below.
